⚙️ The Free AI Tool For Scaling Your Business Culture
+ creating content on easy mode
Making Culture Memorable
Rugby Bricks, our e-commerce business, has recently hired multiple full-time and part-time roles.
This year, we’ve added four new people and two contractors.
I wanted to create an onboarding experience for these people that they actually enjoy to help them understand our values and mission.
I stumbled upon an AI called Kaiden that teachers can use to generate lesson plans.
I thought it might be worth a crack to see if it could create a month-long lesson plan on our values.
It succeeded.
We now have a month-long interactive lesson plan based on our company values that our senior team can implement as we scale.
Here is how to do it for your business:
Follow the signup process at Kaiden
Select “Content Generator”
Select “Lesson Plan” and hit “Next”
Enter the details of how you want your lessons to look - here is how I structured ours:
(The PDF I uploaded of our values and mission statement can be found here if you want to use them as a reference)
Hit “Next”Here is how I structured the lesson plan and further prompts for Kaiden.
It gave me a month-long lesson plan with a structured weekly lesson plan.
You can view the entire lesson plan here if you want to take a look
Notes: All of us, whether building our business to 8-figures or working on our first side hustle, will need to bring other people in for help.
This tool gives you a quick way to ensure that whether someone is a contractor or employee, they get up to scratch on understanding what you and your business care about.
5-Minute Content
I feel guilty for writing this. I'm about to share productivity advice and I really don't like productivity advice.
Most of it is wildly misguided. Rooted in over-optimisation, which takes you further away from your goals more often than it takes you to them.
So don’t consider this advice; it's not even something I think you should try. It's just my new way of creating content.
There's this app called Audiopen. It records what you say and transcribes it into written word. And with the help of AI, it can even rewrite what you've said in the tone of your favourite author.
This is great because I'm not a sit-down and write-when-the-clock-strikes-12 kind of guy.
Most of my marginally interesting thoughts—that I want to share online—come to me at the least opportune times. For example, when I'm running, driving to training, or reading a book at the lake, miles away from my laptop.
But I almost always have my phone on me.
So when a thought comes, I pull out my phone, open Audiopen, hit record and 1 minute later, I have a perfectly edited note ready to share on LinkedIn.
And better yet, with a quick zap - Zapier sends that note to my VA's slack channel who posts it on LinkedIn for me.
This is the ultimate when-inspiration-strikes way to create written content.
Instead of spending an hour writing a few posts, 45 minutes of which I stare at a blank screen. It takes me 5 minutes. And the best part is I don't even have to think about creating content anymore. It just happens.
