This week’s tool can build an entire curriculum on any topic in less than 3 minutes.

We’ve used this to create courses internally for our team when learning about a client product through to a training course for new team members on our company values by uploading our business plan.

Learning is critical to success.

The problem is that it’s often dull or scattered.

Most people aren’t afraid to learn.

It’s just often not in a palatable format.

Why You Should Be Like The Queen 👸

Most of the world is obsessed with promoting positivity to achieve more.

We are meant to visualise the outcome of where we want to be and use that as an anchor for our success.

The issue is that science says this is most effective when we’re in a positive mood.

Most of us, though need help when we’re in a negative mood or don’t feel like doing anything.

Negative visualisation is the answer.

When you don’t have the willpower to act or are procrastinating, follow this process:

  1. Write down the future state of what achieving the goal you are procrastinating about will look like

  2. Then, explicitly envision the negative feelings, health or monetary outcomes of not achieving the goal for 1 - 3 minutes from a first-person perspective

  3. Write the negative outcomes down and again imagine a future where the outcome you want to happen does not come to pass

There is a near doubling in the likelihood of people achieving this goal when they follow this process instead of positive visualisation. (If you want to dive deeper - watch here.)

Most success in life is simply deciding what you want to do and executing upon it.

Somedays, we need more of a hand to get started than others this is when the doom and gloom will help you get going.
